- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring all guest feedback is handled professionally.
- Oversee guest seating and table management to maximize seating capacity while providing a comfortable dining experience.
- Ensure all front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Manage reservations, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment, fostering a team-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels in front-of-house areas.
- Monitor and manage opening and closing procedures for the café.
- Create work schedules for front-of-house staff and manage labor costs effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a FOH Manager or Supervisor in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment with professionalism.
- Proficient in customer service with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety, health, and sanitation standards.
