Here are key responsibilities and tasks for an SEO & Marketing Executive:
**SEO Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Identifying the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for the business.
- Researching competitor keywords and analyzing trends.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimizing website content for target keywords (including meta tags, headings, and URLs).
- Ensuring the website is user-friendly, mobile responsive, and fast.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Building high-quality backlinks from credible sources.
- Managing online reputation and improving domain authority.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Addressing issues such as broken links, crawl errors, or site structure.
- Ensuring proper indexing of the website on search engines.
- **SEO Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyzing the website's performance with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborating with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website content.
- Conducting content audits and optimizing existing content.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaigns**:

- Creating targeted advertising strategies for various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Managing social media accounts to engage the target audience and drive traffic.
- Developing and implementing social media strategies.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Identifying new opportunities for online growth and brand visibility.
- **Brand Strategy**:

- Working to strengthen brand identity and online presence.
- Aligning marketing efforts with company goals and positioning.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**:

- Analyzing marketing performance data and adjusting strategies for better results.
- Measuring ROI of campaigns and initiatives.

Skills & Qualities:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and digital marketing platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized content.
- **Data Analytics**: Ability to analyze data and interpret the results to adjust strategies.
