**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive company vehicle to transport staff, guests, and equipment between properties.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including:

- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Furniture fixes and hardware installation
- **Touch-up painting and basic wall repairs**:

- **Basic AC servicing and filter cleaning**:

- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures, including key handovers and property walkthroughs.
- Support cleaning and housekeeping teams with turnover preparation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment and property features are in good working condition.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle checks.
- Purchase and deliver materials or supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in general maintenance and driving roles.
- Knowledge of hospitality check-in/check-out processes.
- Basic painting and air conditioning service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move items as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency calls.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in vacation rentals, hotel maintenance, or property management.
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or appliance repair.
- Multilingual communication skills.
