**(i) Ongoing Monthly Scope**(i.1) Internal Audit**
- Review & verification of all the accounting vouchers entered in the accounting system to see whether they are correct, have the supporting documents and give guidance to the accounting staff if some modifications are to be done.
- Make accounting entries in the books for all transactions other than purchases & sales, and their related payments and receipts.
- Review of bank reconciliation
- Check physical cash and cash statements reconciliation
- Review of inventory control (random checking of physical inventory)
- Scrutiny of customers and suppliers accounts.
- Scrutiny of sales & purchases documents including related operational supports.
- Review and give guidance for the proper maintenance of accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations, including VAT (Value Added Tax) filings and other tax obligations.
- General review of the accounts from the corporate tax perspective and give guidance for modifications, if necessary
- Advising on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while remaining compliant with regulations.

**(i.2) Management Reporting**
- Preparing monthly management reports that provide a comprehensive overview of the business highlighting total sales, purchases, profit margins, inventory value, outstanding payables, and receivables
- Identifying and reporting any anomalies, discrepancies, or issues such as negative inventory balances, overdue sales/purchase bills

**(i.3) Payroll Services**
- Preparing the SIF file for WPS for all employees
- Maintaining a record of leaves and holiday pay

**(ii) Tax filing**
- Preparing and filing the quarterly VAT returns in compliance of the regulations
- Preparing and filing the annual corporate tax returns in compliance of the regulations

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Internal Auditing: 2 years (required)
- Tax Filing: 2 years (required)
- Tax Strategies: 2 years (required)
