Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake menu planning in consultation with the Chef for Indian cooking.
- Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served.
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh
- Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify Chef of shortages
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Oversee proper crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate
