Financial Controller

Managing the Company’s overall financial and matching it to the financial targets.
Support key business initiatives by working closely with varies division to work on business performance analysis in order to identify business risk or enhance cost efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all management, cost and forecast reports.
Keeping accurate tracks of all expenses, liabilities and projected costings.
Forecasting and tracking profitability by creating a budget for every construction project.
Significantly contribute to process improvement and cost optimization in projects.
Predicting future challenges and associated costs.
Lead the team to implement a new system to control financial performance and resources usage.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy and recognized accounting qualification via bodies such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience financial controlling and financial management.
Possess of strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence senior management teams.
Ability work under pressure, hands-on, driven and analytical.
Remuneration will commensurate with the experience/skillset brought onboard.
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
