**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Agent** who is passionate about delivering excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help maintain a smooth and professional customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately log interactions and update customer records in CRM
- Use **Freshdesk** and other CRM platforms to manage tickets and track communication
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle escalations effectively
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in every customer interaction
- Submit daily reports and feedback to the team lead for continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong experience using **Freshdesk** and other **CRM platforms**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and empathetic approach
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
