**Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the senior accountants in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to compile and analyse financial information for management reporting purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure all supporting documentation is properly filed and archived.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection processes.
  • Stay updated with UAE tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance, and advising the team on any changes that may impact the company and its clients.

**Requirements**

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
  • English, Hindi, and Malayalam proficiency are necessary.
  • 1-2 years of accounting or financial expertise, preferably in a tax advisory or auditing business.
  • It is highly desirable to have knowledge of UAE tax laws and accounting principles.
  • strong analytical abilities and meticulousness.
  • Excellent time and organizational management skills.
  • effective written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
