Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Labor Law Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of the latest updates and changes in UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Provide expert guidance to the organization and its employees on matters related to employment contracts, visa processes, work permits, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all employment practices align with UAE labour laws.

**Government Offices**:

- Liaising with all government departments and authorities on behalf of the company wherever needed.

**Public Relations**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Arabic-language outlets promote the organization's image.
- Arabic proficient language to showcase the company's commitment to legal compliance and corporate responsibility.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between the organization and government entities to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
- Address employee concerns related to labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee records, contracts, and other relevant paperwork in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- Facilitate the visa and work permit processes for employees, ensuring compliance with government requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in public relations and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and government procedures related to workforce management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Driving License is a must

**Experience**:

- Public Relation: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (preferred)
