We are looking for an experienced Restaurants Supervisor to handle our 2 branches located in al ain, the restaurants cuisine is italian, so an experience in Italian restaurants is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**: Lead by example and provide guidance to our restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional service to our guests.

**Training & Development**: Train new hires, provide continuous learning opportunities for existing staff, and oversee their performance.

**Operational Management**: Oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

**Inventory & Procurement**: Assist in inventory control and ensure efficient use of resources. Order necessary supplies and manage relationships with vendors.

**Scheduling**: Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing at all times, and manage requests for time off.

**Compliance**: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Car Driving License is Big Plus
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and team building.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
