**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day steel structure construction activities on-site.
- Lead and manage a team of workers, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines.
- Translate and facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking engineers/clients and the multicultural labor force.
- Monitor work progress, inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed and conduct regular toolbox talks.
- Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, preferably with **steel structure projects**.
- Proven supervisory experience on construction sites.
- Fluent in **Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Urdu/Hindi** (spoken and written preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site coordination, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a team from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
