**Requirements and Qualifications**
- With a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience as a QA/QC manager construction industry, preferably in the civil/ construction industry from UAE or other GCC.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/ master’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- A certificate in Six Sigma or TQM is preferable.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures by the Company and the QA/QC Department's overall strategic objectives.
- Develop and submit a yearly expected budget for the QA/QC Department to the General Manager for discussion and consideration when developing the budget for the QA/QC function.
- Derive and develop medium and short-term plans and executive programs to manage and achieve the QA/QC goals.
- Manage the QA/QC department staff through coaching and training to improve performance and achieve the department's objectives and responsibilities.
- Monitor the QA/QC department performance (managerial and financial) against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/ corrective actions are taken accordingly.
- Review all reports prepared by subordinates and prepare periodic reports concerning the QA/QC Department activities and achievements to be submitted to the General Manager.
- Oversee the implementation of quality policies and procedures and guide proper and effective implementation.
- Assist in planning Quality Assurance training programs and workshops.
- Enforce quality assurance as per Company and ISO standards.
- Oversee site materials handling and overall quality assurance system.
- Participate in field walk-downs to make sure everything is handled according to the standards and regulations set by the QA/QC Department.
- Oversee the preparation of the Quality Control Plan, inspection and test plans, check sheets, and related procedures.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Project Senior Manager/Managers regarding quality control requirements.
- Ensure completion of the necessary documentation to verify that the work has been performed following the contract specifications and quality control requirements.
- Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet contract requirements.
- Ensure completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, according to the conditions of the contract, and Quality Control Plan.

**Salary**: From AED10,000.00 per month
