**Job Purpose**: As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with standardized recipes and specifications. You will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restock and replenish kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Help with the receiving and storage of deliveries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain open communication and teamwork.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from others.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- A culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
