**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Economic, DHA, ICP, RTA, FTA**, and others.
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry and typing support for all documentation and service requests.
- Communicate with clients for document collection, updates, and status follow-ups.
- Administer and guide junior typists on daily operations and service standards.
- Manage client profiles and service history within our internal CRM system.
- Maintain service quality and client satisfaction by following up on cases.
- Report to management and assist in organizing workflow and task delegation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** working with UAE government portals.
- Strong **typing and document handling skills**.
- Ability to **lead and administrate** both typists and client service responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Arabic, and Hindi**.
- Well-organized, self-driven, and a fast learner.
