**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee all construction activities related to swimming pool construction, from excavation to finishing.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with project plans, blueprints, and timelines.
- Supervise laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors onsite.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect work to ensure high-quality finishes, especially in pool lining, tiling, plumbing, and waterproofing.
- Ensure materials used meet specified standards and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to verify that design specifications are met.
- **Safety Management**:

- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the worksite and equipment.
- Ensure workers are trained and equipped with proper safety gear and procedures.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Assign and delegate tasks to workers based on skills and project requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to crew members, addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and productivity of team members.
- **Resource Management**:

- Monitor and manage the usage of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and costs.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to the construction site.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between workers, engineers, and management.
- Report progress updates to project managers, including any potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with clients and designers for any changes or adjustments needed during construction.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve any construction challenges or unexpected issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage any modifications to the design and ensure they are properly documented.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require civil engineering qualifications).
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in swimming pool or water feature construction.
- Proven experience in managing construction teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to swimming pool projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of plumbing, waterproofing, and tiling processes related to pools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
