**Job Summary**
Landscape Architect with experience in architecture is in charge of creating outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate with architectural structures, enhancing the overall aesthetics and functionality of a project. This role combines the skills of both landscape architecture and architecture to design and plan exterior environments that complement and enrich the built environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive landscape design plans that incorporate elements like plants, pathways, seating areas, lighting, and water features.
- Integrate sustainable practices and principles, such as water conservation and native plant selection, into the design.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of the landscape design.
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and specifications, and monitor the project's progress from concept to completion.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to understand topography, soil conditions, climate, and existing vegetation.
- Analyze client needs and project goals to develop design concepts that align with the site's characteristics.
- Ensure that landscape designs adhere to local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for landscape construction projects.

**Qualifications**:

- 7 years of strong design experience.
- Previous experience in UAE.
- Very good English and communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
