Chef responsibilities include:

- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and food scales
- Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients
- Cooking food in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Chef or cook, and baking and pastry making
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
- Leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Measure, Assemble & Prepare the ingredients as per the Recipe.
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperature.
- Maintain accurate food inventory.
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitize at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the consistency of the products.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and to adapt with the multi cultural team.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Culinary school diploma

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Baking or pastry making: 3 years (preferred)
