Ensure safe handling of all chemicals, raw materials and products and proper use of PPE during testing and chemical handling as defined in procedures and test methods.
- To ensure reporting of test results as per the precision and bias as detailed in ASTM test methods.
- Ensure all quality checks, testing, validation and cross-verifications on products at all stages of process as per defined guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.
- To ensure timely and organized upkeep of all testing and QC.
- QC checks for all the products during filling, to make sure product is in proper volume. Weight, shape and product condition and keep a documented record.
- To carry out pilot blend developments as per the production and technical requirements assigned by the Lab/QC Manager
- To ensure proper handling & up-keep of all laboratory equipment, instruments and accessories and carry out calibrations as specified in the calibration schedule.
- To carry out periodic stock counting of all laboratory chemicals and to ensure testing activities are not delayed due to the unavailability of chemicals, glassware & consumables.
- Strict adherence towards Company policies, rules, procedures, and work instructions to contribute effectively.
- Keep the lab, all the instruments properly clean and organized.
- Update mixing and raw material inventory daily.
- Keep a record of all the mentioned or daily performed activities in the form of file.
- Follow and report to the Lab Manager all the task not mentioned here and assigned them on regular basis.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
