**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Salary**: AED 2000 - 3000 + Accommodation + On-time Duty Meal + Transport Allowance

**What You’ll Do**:

- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service
- Drive sales with a strong focus on increasing revenue
- Maintain excellent product & menu knowledge across the team
- Train and guide staff to deliver outstanding guest service and upselling skills
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor (hospitality background preferred)
- Sales-oriented approach with proven ability to increase revenue
- Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage products and menus
- Ability to train, motivate and support staff
