**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, machine operators, finishers, and helpers in the joinery production line.
- Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists to ensure accurate production and assembly.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure all materials, tools, and machinery are available and used efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the planning and design team for clarification and updates on project specifications.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines and company policies are followed by team members.
- Maintain discipline and work ethics among the workforce.
- Report production status, manpower requirements, and any issues to the Factory Manager.
- Assist in training and mentoring new workers and apprentices.
- Monitor the proper usage and maintenance of tools, machinery, and factory assets.
- Minimize material wastage and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Carpentry, Joinery, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a joinery or interior fit-out factory, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

**Work Conditions**:

- Based in the factory with occasional visits to site if required.
