The Operations Coordinator for the IT Hardware Showroom will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the showroom, ensuring efficient processes, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and general administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to handle the day-to-day tasks and assist in the effective running of the showroom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Showroom Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the IT hardware showroom, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate showroom activities, including product displays, stock organization, and customer interactions.
- Ensure that the showroom is properly maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.
- **Inventory and Stock Control**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for display and customer orders.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels, stock replenishment, and deliveries.
- Perform regular stock audits and ensure that all products are accurately accounted for.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers in finding the right IT hardware products based on their needs.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Administrative Support**:

- Support the sales team by providing them with relevant product information and ensuring they have the necessary tools to close sales.
- Assist in processing sales orders, preparing quotations, and following up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking.
- **Vendor and Supplier Coordination**:
