**Responsibilities for Foreman**:

- Report project progress to superiors
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise all construction workers
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Solve disputes between workers
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budge
**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand drawings and blueprints
- Expert knowledge of the construction industry
**Preferred qualifications**:

- Exceptionally responsible
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Able to oversee all operations at a worksite and ensuring a safe work environment
- Proven experience as a construction foreman

**Experience**:

- MEP Foreman: 5 years (preferred)
