Factory Manager

As the Gold Factory Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of our gold production facility. You will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating all departments and teams involved in the casting, jewelry making, wax modeling, CAD modeling, diamond block production, sales, and security aspects of our factory. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving business growth.

**Required Expertise**:
**Technical Proficiency**:Extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of gold production, including casting, jewelry making, wax modeling, CAD modeling, and diamond block production, acquired through 10+ years of hands-on experience in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Comprehensive Oversight**:Provide comprehensive oversight and leadership to all departments within the gold factory, including casting, jewelry making, wax modeling, CAD modeling, diamond block production, sales, and security, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.

**Team Coordination**:Coordinate and collaborate with department heads and team leaders to ensure effective communication, workflow coordination, and resource allocation across all aspects of gold production, from raw materials to finished products.

**Quality Assurance**:Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures and standards across all production processes, ensuring that all gold jewelry pieces and components meet or exceed customer expectations and industry benchmarks.

**Performance Optimization**:Continuously assess and optimize production processes, equipment utilization, and workforce efficiency to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and maximize profitability.

**Sales Strategy Development**:Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different linguistic markets, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

**Security Oversight**:Collaborate with the outsourced security services provider to ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, and personnel, implementing appropriate security measures and protocols as per UAE law.

**Resource Management**:Manage resources effectively, including raw materials, equipment, manpower, and budget allocations, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness throughout the production process.

**Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements governing gold production, sales, and security operations in the UAE.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
