**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Photography & Videography**:

- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of students, staff, and events while ensuring sensitivity and compliance with privacy policies.
- Document classroom activities, therapy sessions (with permission), special events, and other school/centre-related programs.
- Create engaging visual content to showcase the centre’s mission, student progress, and community involvement.
- Maintain and organize a digital archive of photos and videos for internal and external use.
- Ensure all content aligns with the centre’s branding, guidelines, and ethical standards.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and maintain a social media content plan for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Post engaging and relevant content, including photos, videos, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to highlight success stories and educational initiatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends to enhance the centre’s online presence.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the centre’s administration, teachers, and marketing team to develop storytelling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and child safeguarding policies when capturing and sharing media.
- Manage photography and videography equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks for social media posts and promotional materials.
- Support event planning by coordinating media coverage and live streaming when needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably in a school, special needs center, or educational setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of child protection policies and ethical considerations in capturing student images.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- **Familiarity with autism and special education environments is a plus.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
- Experience with live streaming and video marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing for social media.
