Other areas to be covered:

- to be the guidance of the junior veterinarians and students.
- Providing leadership across the physiotherapy/wellness area, ensuring the provision of the best practice patient care.
- Treat a range of complaints, including spinal problems, joint problems and injuries to muscles, ligaments and tendons
- Facilitate post-surgical rehabilitation
- Devise exercise regimes for a range of conditions, from neurological conditions, to obesity, to preventative physiotherapy
- Working with the General Manager to improve the strategies to manage the patient flow.
- Leading clinical standards and continue to build the culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Working closely with all colleagues and nurture a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies and procedures.

This role would suit an experienced practitioner with at least 5 years of experience, who is interested in all areas of wellness/physiotherapy/ orthopedic recovery and sportive medicine & who wants to grow and expand in the future.
