We are looking for competitive and passionate Real Estate brokers who have a proven track record and are eager to grow in their careers:
**Responsibilities**
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling, and leasing property in Dubai.
- Should have innovative marketing skills and be capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should have excellent marketing skills and, capable of handling multiple marketing channels. Knowledge of RERA rules.
- Able to plan and manage own workload.
- You should be able to work well with others and independently.
- Experienced in Selling Off plan & Secondary Market and Commercial
- Must be aware of RERA requirements and processes
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills (mandatory)
- Added advantage if you are Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, Urdu speaker)
- Age: 25 - 35 years Old

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
