- **Role Description**:_

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Education Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day activities of our **Pilates teacher training division**. This role ensures the smooth execution of **course registrations, student support, sales processes, and instructor logistics**, working closely with our Education Administrator and Education Advisor.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Team Leadership & Support**: Supervise and mentor the Education Administrator and Education Advisor, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
- **Course Registration & Student Support**: Oversee and streamline the student enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to registration.
- **Sales & Follow-up**: Engage with prospective students, issue quotations, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments.
- **Instructor Logistics Coordination**: Manage contracts, travel, and accommodations for visiting instructors.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Ensure smooth execution of courses, solve day-to-day challenges, and support the Director of Education in maintaining course schedules.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for education-related inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**: Work with marketing to convert leads, provide reports, and align the education strategy with business goals.
- **Who You Are**:_
- **Experience**: 3+ years in operations, education management, customer service, or sales, preferably in the wellness or training industry.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- **Tech-savvy**: Comfortable using **CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and managing online databases**.
- **Proactive & Customer-Focused**: You take initiative, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and always prioritize **exceptional client experiences**.
