Job Title: Commis III - Cold Kitchen

Location: Palma Beach Resort, Umm Al Quwain

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold kitchen items.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and stocked for service.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Chef de Partie.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations and support other sections when required.

**Requirements**:

- Competitive salary with service charge
- Previous experience in a cold kitchen or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
