Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze markets, betting patterns, and performance to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of opportunity.
- Work with high-profile customers to minimize potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve internal tools.
- Constantly innovate and improve pricing and risk management products.
- Undertake detailed analysis of sports and betting market performance.
- Monitor and optimize risk management processes.
- Create engaging events and markets for a first-class sports betting experience.
- Test and roll out new betting products.
- Generate performance reports.
- Review and identify sports trends on the player and group level and work with internal departments and sports product providers to optimize revenues.
- Compose and distribute game reports with a high degree of insight, analysis, and clear action plans to deliver change, updating the wider business on sports performance.
- Act as an internal escalation point to all other departments and stakeholders with sports-specific queries.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and expand the product range.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with expert knowledge of Football, Tennis, and Golf.
- Highly analytical, with technical proficiency.
- Experienced in the use of business management packages, liability systems, bet tickers, and MS Office tools.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays, depending on the sporting schedule.
- Previous experience managing a sportsbook, exchange product, or performing a similar role.
- Excellent sports betting knowledge, with a strong awareness of the market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to come up with ideas, concepts, and suggestions for improvements, and follow these through to implementation.
- Eye for detail and a true passion for sports betting.
- Confident in extracting information and collation of data from a variety of diverse sources.
- Understanding of game mechanics.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- marketing executive: 2 years (preferred)

- Al Barsha (required)
