**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Joinery Estimator** to prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery projects. You will collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure project costs, materials, and timelines are properly estimated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estimating and Costing**: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment, based on project specifications and drawings.
- **Project Support**: Work with project teams to clarify requirements, manage variations, and ensure budget compliance.
- **Tendering**: Assist in preparing and submitting bids for new projects.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks and cost issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of estimates and provide progress reports.
- **Quality and Compliance**: Ensure estimates meet industry standards and regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials and techniques.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A relevant qualification in estimating or construction (e.g., HNC/HND).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with CAD/BIM software and project management principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
