**Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming leads (no cold calls)
- Receiving inquiries, identifying client needs, property selection,
- Organizing property viewings (offline and online).
- Guiding the client through the transaction process,
- Document preparation and assisting in real estate transactions at all stages,
- Abu Dhabi real estate market analysis,
- Maintaining corporate reporting,
- Working with the CRM system ,

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in this field, preferably with sales experience in general and a background in Abu Dhabi real estate market (or familiarity with this market), or experience in an international real estate agency;
- Proficiency in English at level B1 or higher;
- Customer-oriented mindset, sharp intellect, ability to close deals swiftly, calculate figures, and adapt to clients' needs;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Multitasking abilities;
- Results-oriented;
- Strong work ethic and motivation to earn high income;

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
