**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and bussers.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members during shifts.
Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to maintain a motivated and effective team.

**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable dining experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Monitor table turnover to optimize seating capacity and customer satisfaction.

**Order and Service Management**:Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, quality, and prompt delivery to tables.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Ensure adherence to restaurant presentation and service standards.

**Quality Control**:Monitor the restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene, including dining areas, restrooms, and workstations.
Perform regular inspections to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:Assist in managing restaurant inventory, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Help minimize waste and control food and beverage costs.
Ensure the availability of necessary supplies for daily operations.

**Cash Handling and Reporting**:Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports.
