**Housekeeper/ Cleaner | Dubai | UHNW International Family | Full Time Annual Salary | Live Out |**

**Housekeeper / Cleaner **required for An UHNW International family for their newly purchased luxury penthouse property in Dubai, the UAE. The property will only be used approximately 3 - 4 months per year, (mainly during the high season/ wintertime). For the remainder of the year, you will be required to maintain the property to the highest standards outside of this period.

The
**Housekeeper / Cleaner** will oversee the meticulous cleaning and tidying of the property. You will be trained and supervised by the House Manager according to the family's needs and expectations. Working alongside the Laundry Assistant you will work as a team to maintain the property pristine and always ready to welcome the family and their guests.

**What's on offer to you?**- The role offers an excellent full time ANNUAL salary for this permanent live-out position with an immediate start.

**What You Will Be Doing**- Extensive and thorough cleaning including delicate surfaces and materials to the highest standard- Change bed linen and towels, make beds, replenish toiletries- Liaising with laundry assistant- Tidying up, organising pantries and cabinets- Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning projects and reorganisation- Keeping all floors, equipment and surfaces pristine and tidy at all times- Assist with packing and unpacking the family's and guests' luggage on demand- Regular reports to the House Manager

**What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role**- Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a private household with impeccable references- Fluent English speaker- Highly skilled and experienced in all areas of housekeeping to a very high standard- Meticulous person with attention to detail- Trustworthy, bright and energetic personality- Excellent communication skills- Very discreet, takes pride in their job- Highly flexible and adaptable to last minute changes- Valid driving licence
