**Job Duties**:
- Operate and control various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane equipment in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Conduct pre-operational checks to verify that the crane is in good working condition, including inspecting cables, hooks, and other components.
- Rig loads and determine load weights, and signal and communicate effectively with ground crew.
- Follow project specifications and lifting plans to execute lifts in a precise and controlled manner.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of lifting operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane equipment and report any malfunctions or defects to the maintenance team.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including lifts performed, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license.
- In-depth knowledge of crane operations, including load calculations, rigging, and signaling.
- Ability to interpret and follow project specifications and lifting plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations.
- Minimum of five years of experience operating cranes.
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
