Assist in accounting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports and maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents.
- Organize financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Verifying inventory adjustments and investigating and resolving stock variances.
- Verify and conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
- Manage administrative responsibilities.
- Enter and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team leader with various tasks as needed.

**Professional Requirements for the role**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 2 year of accounting experience in the UAE
- Bachelors degree holder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
