Corporate Legal Counsel

An economic entity that manages and develops investments on behalf of the state of the UAE is expanding their team in Abu Dhabi.
This is an excellent chance to join an international team as Legal Counsel where you will be working to manage and develop the interests of the group in a tech and corporate focused role.
Applicants must have between 3-10 years’ PQE and the work is a broad mixture of corporate M&A, joint ventures, strategic projects, tech development and commercial contract negotiation and drafting. You must be bilingual in both Arabic and English and ideally would have an international qualification from common law jurisdictions such as England & Wales, New Zealand, Australia or Canada. In-house experience in the Gulf would be essential for this role.
**Remuneration - AED 40k - 50k pcm tax free / £95,000 - £120,000 tax free**
