**About the Role**:
Al Masaood Energy is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated Fleet Coordinator to be a part of a great team based at Abu Dhabi. If successful, you will be responsible for Fleet coordination.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs, and track the completion of these maintenance tasks, Maintain a database of vehicles and drivers information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that established vehicle maintenance, repair and overhaul procedures related to fleet are followed properly.
- Coordinate, prioritize and schedule fleet repairs and inform concerned personnel of the progress of work as required.
- Communicate work orders and observe fleet workflow progress to ensure the work is completed to specified requirements in a timely manner.
- Initiate purchases of tools, material, supplies and parts.
- Coordinate necessary stock items with storeroom.
- Recommend spare parts replacements based upon life-cycle analysis criteria including age, condition, value, cost and maintenance history.
- Receive all new spare parts and assure conformance with specifications.
- Support department manager with necessary data and reports related to fleet work for various departmental and organizational projects.
- Keep & update detailed records related to fleet & vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare accident reports as required.
- Coordinate with PR/GR department for vehicle registration, card renewal and traffic fines.
- Establish effective communications with each department requiring automotive service.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by direct manager

**Required Skills**:
1-3 years of experience.

Dessert, off road routes knowladge

Abdu Dhabi routes knowledge is a must
