**Responsibilities**:
Supervise a team of carpenters and woodworking professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Plan and coordinate carpentry projects, including the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work and identify any issues or defects.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

Order and manage the inventory of materials and equipment required for carpentry projects.

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex carpentry issues.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes or deviations from the original plans.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and adherence to company policies.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpentry Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the United Arab Emirates.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and materials.

Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Carpentry Work: 5 years (preferred)
