**About Us**:
Lead Academy is a premier fitness and martial arts center committed to providing high-quality training and a supportive environment for our members. We specialize in combat sports, fitness classes, and personal development programs. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an **MMA Coach/Admin** to inspire, train, and manage day-to-day operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

**MMA Coaching**
- Develop and deliver structured MMA training sessions tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to improve members' techniques and fitness.
- Prepare athletes for competitions and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Stay updated on MMA techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to teach a variety of Martial arts tailored to all skills and teach group classes for kids and adults,

**Administrative Duties**
- Manage member registrations, inquiries, and payments.
- Track and maintain attendance records for classes and sessions.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, events, and competitions.
- Oversee inventory for equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven MMA coaching experience with a strong background in combat sports (e.g., boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing). Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- **Certifications**: Relevant coaching certifications or martial arts belts are highly desirable. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling tools.
- Must be willing to **relocate in Mirdif, Dubai**

**Package**
- 3,000 - 3,500 AED/month + Commission
- Commission on Personal Training
- Residency Visa
