Job Description:
We are a Foodstuff Trading Company looking urgently for a Billing/Invoicing Clerk. We prefer young and energetic Male employee with good backgrounds in Accounting and foodstuff trading business.

His role are the following:

- Receives Purchase Order from the customer.
- Prepares and issues invoice accurately through the use of Focus Software Program in accordance with the Purchase Order.
- Review invoices if it match with the Purchase Order.
- Ensure that correct price list per customer is entered and used in the Accounting Software.
- Input price revision in the Accounting System as mandated.
- Collect and compile all Quotations and Price List. Ensure that any changes of prices will be updated accordingly in the Accounting Software.
- Answer questions and handle complaints carefully from customers regarding bills.
- Report to upper management in the event of price discrepancy and asks for assistance whenever there are price or order confusions.
- Assists the Accounting Department in sorting issues regarding bills/invoices.
- Collect Invoice from the Driver after each delivery and check properly if all invoices are returned to the company.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Department regarding not returned/loss invoices to solve the issue immediately.
- In the event that there are kitchen item orders, immediately inform the kitchen staff regarding such order for their preparation.
- Sort with the Accounting Department any invoice that needs to be corrected/adjusted in the system.
- Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns politely.
- Follow work orders and instructions from Supervisors.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
