As the Accountant/Cashier at Kings Auto Garage, you will be an essential member of our administrative team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and organized operation of our accounting and cashiering processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support by managing appointment scheduling and maintaining workflow in the service bay.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
- Efficiently and accurately handle billing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor and follow up on staff travel and insurance matters, including visa expiry.
- Handle tasks related to salary slip generation, timely salary dispatch, and track various renewals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing garage activities, sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Update the operating system for cashiering and bill creation.
- Maintain a proper record of vendors' credit and debit lists.
- Advise on budget requirements to the reporting line.
- Maintain attendance register and payroll through WPS.
- File and maintain invoices and vehicle records.
- Relay messages and information between team members.
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Handle mail and courier services efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an accountant or cashier role in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: AED 2,000.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month
