Hse Incharge

**Job Summary**:
Pioneer Cement Industries is hiring an experienced **HSE Incharge** to lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions in compliance with UAE laws and industry best practices. This role is critical to maintaining a safe and secure working environment across our cement plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce HSE policies in line with **UAE Federal Law (Labour Law)** and relevant regulatory bodies (MOHRE, Civil Defense, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Organize **toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and fire/emergency drills**:

- Maintain documentation required by **local authorities and third-party auditors**:

- Coordinate with **Civil Defense, RAKEZ, Municipality, and Environment Protection departments** during site inspections and certifications
- Track and report environmental KPIs (emissions, waste management, etc.) in line with **UAE environmental regulations**:

- Promote a safety-first culture across departments through awareness and training programs

**Requirements (As per UAE Standards)**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
- **NEBOSH IGC certification** (mandatory); additional certifications like OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are a plus
- Minimum **5-8 years of HSE experience** in UAE-based industrial operations (cement plant experience preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of **UAE labor law, Civil Defense regulations, and local EHS guidelines**:

- Proficiency in **SOP writing, safety manuals, and emergency response plans**:

- Fluent in **English** (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage emergency situations effectively
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
