**About the Role**:
The One Properties is seeking a talented **Marketing Executive** to drive lead generation, manage digital presence, and support branding initiatives across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation** through digital channels and campaigns
- Build and manage websites using **WordPress**:

- Develop and execute effective **Social Media Marketing** strategies
- Manage social media and digital **campaigns**:

- Track campaign performance and ROI
- Design visually engaging content for ads, social posts, and web using **graphic design tools**:

- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team and design for cohesive branding

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in **WordPress**, **social media tools**, and **graphic design software (Canva, Adobe, etc.)**:

- Strong understanding of **lead generation funnels**:

- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**How to Apply**:
