Job Title: Hair Stylist

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Cut, trim, style, and color hair using professional techniques
- Recommend hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products based on client needs
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools according to health and safety regulations
- Schedule appointments and manage client records
- Upsell salon services and retail products
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns professionally
- Work collaboratively with other salon staff to provide a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Valid cosmetology license (as required by local regulations)
- Proficient in various hair techniques, including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and treatments
- Strong knowledge of hair care products and their appropriate use
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Experience with diverse hair types and textures
- Knowledge of updos and special occasion styling
- Sales or retail experience in a salon setting

Work Environment:
This role typically requires standing for long periods and working with various hair tools and chemicals. Hair Stylists may work in salons, spas, or other beauty service settings.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
