Digital Marketing Manager

**Job brief**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the conversion rates on our e-commerce website.
- Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
- Optimize website layout, product pages, and checkout processes to enhance user experience and increase sales.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Lead the SEO strategy to enhance organic search visibility and ranking.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage off-page SEO initiatives.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- **Digital Advertising Campaigns**:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring a high ROI.
- Continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies based on performance data.
- **Content Creation & Social Media Management**:
- Create and manage high-quality content, including static posts, videos, and blog articles, that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of social media posts across all platforms.
- **Influencer Marketing**:
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring that campaigns are effectively executed and deliver desired results.
- Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and sales.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Regularly analyze marketing performance across all channels and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing activities, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in CRO, SEO, PPC, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- SEO/SEM: 5 years (required)
- Setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns: 5 years (required)
