**Insurance Coordinator (assistant to GLC and Health Insurance Officers)**

**Key Responsibilities: Group Life Insurance (Accident Cases)**
- **Accident Intimation Reports**:

- Receive and document accident intimation reports from the sender.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accidents to the insurance provider.
- **Treatment Follow-Ups for injured employees.**:

- **Claim Preparation and Submission**:

- Collect and verify all required documents for insurance claims (e.g., treatment expenses, medical reports, police reports, accident details, etc.).
- Prepare and submit claims to the insurance company.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all claim-related documentation.
- **Claims-Related Document Management**:

- Maintain an organized record of all claims, including supporting documents, correspondence, and approvals.
- **Invoice Reconciliations for Finance Dept. and Hospitals**

**Medical Insurance**:

- **Assist the Medical Insurance Officer**:

- Support the medical insurance officer in managing employees & dependents details.
- Arrange necessary documents to enroll new employees for medical insurance scheme.
- Maintain dependents list of principal employees.

**General Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office records, files, and databases.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both the insurance officers (GLC and Medical).

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Insurance Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Arabic (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 15/03/2025
