Kingsmen Agency is seeking a talented and creative Remote Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the agency's vision and is suitable for broadcasting. This is a remote position, and we encourage applicants from any location to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
- Edit video clips and put together sequences of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed within timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor.
- Strong experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- A degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working remotely and managing your own deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Familiarity with the specific requirements and standards of various social media platforms.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members in different locations.
- Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current video editing technologies.
- Knowledge of the marketing industry, particularly related to the style and goals of Kingsmen Agency.
