**The Role**
- Deliver **high-quality personal training sessions** following the **Youskilled Training System**.
- Build strong professional relationships with members and a team, ensuring retention and results.
- Contribute to a **team-first culture**—we grow together, not as personal brands.
- Stay up to date with best practices in biomechanics, S&C, CrossFit, calisthenics, mobility, and sports performance.

**What You Focus On**
- **Coaching only.** We handle the rest—sales, bookings, payments, client communication, marketing, admin.
- Clear systems, programming frameworks, and internal education (Youskilled Coach University) to support your growth.

**What We Offer**
- **Commission per session**, with stable, consistent client flow.
- **Full support system**: no rent, no sales targets, no admin work.
- Work within a **tight-knit, professional team** that shares success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to AED250,000.00 per year
