**Role**: Legal Support Officer
**Location**: Abu Dhabi
**Role Purpose**:
To provide professional support to the Legal Division.
**Key Accountabilities of the role**
Reporting to the Associate Legal MIS & Support Manager, the key responsibilities include the following:
- Provide professional support and assistance to the legal team.
- Manage and upkeep of special assignments for the legal team.
- Provide support for ADIB subsidiaries' Board Meetings if needed.
- Conduct legal search as necessary.
- Provide translation services to the legal team.
- Provide general administrative services to the legal team.
Prepare and check all law firms' invoices in relation to legal cases of Legal Division's and collection unit and up with FCD to process the same
- Prepare all/any reports related to legal cases to provide the same to management once need it.
Manage, Monitor and Control all legal cases' files of Legal Division.
**Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role**:
- Good level of Arabic and English written skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Punctuality and attention to details.
- Proactive approach
**Previous experience**:
- 10-12 years' experience.
- Track record of working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
