**Location**: The Tower Plaza Hotel, Dubai
**Role Overview**
The Sales Manager - Corporate is responsible for developing and managing corporate business accounts, maximizing revenue, and building long-term client relationships. The role focuses on driving sales from the corporate segment by promoting hotel services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction while aligning with the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and accounts.
- Proactively source new corporate business opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, rates, and packages in line with hotel policies and profitability targets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, budgets, and revenue goals for the corporate segment.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings and events.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate accounts and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to strengthen hotel positioning.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and corporate hospitality functions.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel in Dubai or the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of UAE/GCC corporate market dynamics and client base.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM).
- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Well-presented, professional, and able to represent the hotel brand with confidence.
